Hello I have a sail fin that is about 15 years old and developed what looks like some fungul issue, but not 100% sure. Attached pictures can anybody help. Is there any medicated food I can feed the entire tank?

Is your question concerning the white patch above the pectoral fin and a smaller one just above the eye, or are you seeing something else? The pictures are a bit blurry and make viewing the fish a little difficult. How long has the condition been present?
If the question is about the white patch, do you see any sign of a possible injury? An injury with a bacterial infection could lead to white bacterial growth.
While it could be lympho or mucus, the location and presentation doesn't look exactly like what I would expect.
If treatment becomes necessary, medicated food would not be the answer since the problem is external. Before recommending a treatment, more info would be helpful.

Sail fin is 15 years old. There are other tangs, wrasse, gobby, anthias, emperor angel. He is probably the most dominant. Nobody really mess with him. I noticed this in recent day or 2. All the fish in the tank been there a while last one was added maybe a year ago. This some recent event. They could have fought but I haven't seen them really fight.
Back to my first question, am I describing what you are concerned about? Does the white mass look cottony or hard or (pick an adjective)?
I'm not surprised he is dominant, they are pretty fish. You may want to train your phone camera on him, then leave the room for a while. May also need to do this when the lights go down in case the aggression occurs then.

I’ve never seen a 15 year captive fish develop lymphocystis - virtually 100% of cases are seen in recently acquired fish….also, this doesn’t really look like lympho.
15 years is a good run for a sailfin. I’m not sure what the max is, but not much more than that. As fish get old, they develop artifacts of age and are more susceptible to bacterial infections.

Sounding more like a bacterial infection.
If that's what it is, you would need to put him in QT and treat him with something like kanaplex or Maracyn.
