Sailfin tang fin damage

Hello my sailfin tang I got a week ago has started to get like fins that are not curved and are going straight and they are shrinking. This a picture of what he looks like it is not the same one I have in my tank but they look identical because of fin damage what is it will he die

Hate to say, but this is not a form of fin rot or deterioration but appears to be a product of aggression. This is sheared off from aggression or biting. Fin and tail rot has a shredded appearance.
What other occupants are in the tank with this fish?

@Jay Hemdal i will post one soon I have broke my camera on phone it is going into the shops tomorrow to get it sorted so I will not be able to get one for a couple days do you know what it is and how to solve it they do look identical
