Sailfin Tang Skin Peeling

Noticed yesterday my sailfin tang had skin peeling from bottom and side. 2 days ago he was good. Now wont eat which isnt normal. PH 8.2, KH 9, Nitrate is high. Doing water change but everything else is okay. 210 gallon tank. Sorry if this isn't in the right area this is my first post. No one seems to.know exactly what it is.

What other fish are in the tank with it?
When did you last add a fish to the tank?
Is it breathing faster than normal?
Do you have a treatment tank you could move it to?
