Sailfin Tang with cloudy spot on tail

Looks like fin ray damage on tail and may have stemmed from previous injury or aggression. The trailing edge of dorsal appears to have mild rot. You can safely add Ruby Rally Pro in the display to assure it does not progress.
While there are antibiotics for such issues, dont see this warranting a need for immediate treatment. Assure you are providing good water quality and diet.
