Dear fellow reefers,

I am considering buying a lawnmoyer blenny (Salarias fasciatus) to keep my algae in check. However i’ve been reading they are hard to adjust to normal foods. My tank is a red sea max 260 (260 liters total volume, 213 liter display tank). Would this be big enough to keep this guy happy? It would be the only algae eating fish that i have.

Kind regards,
Christian

Otherwise it would always be possible to put some rocks in salt water and place them in a bowl in the sunlight right? To farm some algae and place a new rock in the tank every few days?
