Salifert New Mag Test Kit

Hi all,

i had been using the old salifert mag test kit that had us adding the purple Chrystals to it. This new one I bought doesn’t have that step anymore. My question is…. When we pull the liquid into the syringe and the black top hits 1…. Does the liquid line still have to be at 8.5 or can it be whatever as long as the black tip is at 1

Just the plunger end position matters. Air pockets reflect the tip air volume and has no bearing on fluid dispensed.

Sheesh…. So as i sit there trying to get the liquid at 8.5, i didn’t need to do that at all? Lol! Man oh man, well better late than ever. Thanks!!
