Just wondering if the powder for the test kits magnesium and calcium are the same type of powder? Anyone know?

I've often wondered this myself but there seems to be very little information available about it, I've looked and can't even find a msds on the products readily available. Looking at them side by side they appear very similar but do have a little different color

Ok, just crossed checked my calcium with magnesium. They’re both different powders. Magnesium powder gives calcium fluid a darker pink to begin with and it won’t switch colors at the correct titration ending point!
