salifert test kit

First time using salifert test kits ( alk/ca). do you return the unused reagent to the bottles. It doesnt say on the instructions. I know for red sea it says not to return the alk but ca is okay to return. thanks in advance.
 
Not sure if your suppose to but I always have.
 
I don't only due to you are not saving much money but your risking alot with contaminating the bottle.
 
I know it's not straight from the horse's mouth, but when BRS did their bit on testing, I believe they advised against it but didn't say "no". I do, but that's just me...
 
I do, as long as one is not double dipping in titrations;)
 
the advanced aquarist article by dana riddle says not to return due to risk of contamination so i guess not. Just wanted to see what everyone was doing
