When your using these test kits, is it the first color change that you measure? The directions for the KH test say "changes from a blue/green to an orange-red or pink (whichever appears first)."When I use the KH test kit it starts out blue, then turns like a purpleish color then pink. So, would I measure from the first color change from blue to purple, or keep going till it turns pink? This is my first time using these test kits.
