Salifert vs API Nitrate Test

Hi! This my first post… so be kind lol. Which test kit for nitrates is more reliable? API is testing me at 80ppm and Salifert at 30ppm. I’m thinking Salifert is better as none of my Euphyllia is dying and I would think at 80ppm them and fish would be having troubles and a lot of algae growth?

Never API, for any test.

I use salifert! I would retest and make sure you follow the directions to the dot.

Algae has more to do with Phosphates.

API is extremely unreliable. Trust Salifert
