Been buying this for years, I didn't know anything else existed or mattered.

Wow, I didn't notice that.

Doesn't give one a lot of confidence that they know what they are doing. lol

If you happen to get your DT to 35.0 ppt and 77 degrees with your most trusted precision devices:
What if you calibrate your cheapie salinity devices to your DT water?
Are there inherent problems with that which aren't obvious to me?

If the initial measurement is correct, it’s a fine plan. :)
