Salinity change of 0.005sg

I have done this exact thing and the big thing here is not to freak out and rush getting the salinity back up. Going down is much easier on livestock then going up quickly. I would mix some salt water as you normally would maybe a little strong like 1.027 and slowly exchange water maybe a gallon at a time. I actually just let water evaporate and added mixed salt water it took close to a week but in the end all was fine. Do not just add salt to your system this is no where near that kind of emergency.
Agreed. As I said, I just let my excess ro water evaporate and I was also fine with 0 losses. Corals look happy as ever.

Kinda late but, pull water out and add salt so it will be super salty and add it back in. Do that a few times an hour until your good then pull water out to your normal level in the sump.

What is your current salinity now? Have you been slowly raising it?
Right now I have 5 gallons of saltwater mixing. Once it gets to 1.027 sg I will start a drip of it into the sumps return chamber and check salinity about 3-4 times a day to see how it is doing. Right now my salinity is at 1.022. I don't think I have to add much of the new saltwater to get it back up. I don't want to bring up to fast. Maybe in a span of another 1-2 days. Maybe that is too long?

Little update. So far I'm dripping the saltwater in and brought up to 1.024 sg. Almost back to normal. I am slowing the drip though because the toadstool is acting very negatively with all its polyps in.

Toadstools are very hardy, its probably molting or just reacting to the previous day's low salinity... if you are at 1.024 already, you can raise it to 1.026 (your previous level) over a couple days or just let the evaporation take care of it.

Corals are good at 1.024 but better at 1.025 or 1.026 because the salt mixes also comes with major and minor elements.
