Salinity impact on cycling and calculation how much to decrease

Hey guys, I've just started cycling 600L aquarium (that's with sump). My bad, I haven't checked my salinity probe, and while adding salt - added to much, up to 54ppt.

So I have 2 questions:
1. can such a high salinity negatively impact on cycling (will it burn all the bacteria - I used prodibio biodigest)
2. did I calculate right, that I would need to change about 215L of water to get salinity to required 35ppt?

exactly, but that's the amount you need to add, not re-place.

And since I've got 200L off the tank, the calculations are a bit different.
