Salinity issue - readings all over the place!

Do you know its reference temperature? Did you use it at that specified temperature? Floating glass hydrometers are quite sensitive to temperature changes in the water.

I do not know it, but I could check to see what it says in more detail. What I do know is that it used to be accurate at the working temp of the aquarium.
