Salinity Keeps Creeping up

Removing tank water and replacing with fresh water is not the best way to reduce salinity when dosing two part. Its best to do a lower salinity water change to correct the salinity when using two part. If your at 36ppt and want 35ppt doing a 40% water change at 34ppt would be better than using pure

Unless Randy thinks this is wrong?
I think taking a several small amounts of water out and using your ato to adjust over a period of a week or more is better than doing a big water change.
I dont do water changes so taking this route is how would do it if needed.
A small change over a period of time is not as much of a shock imo.

This is one perk of using ESV B-ionic. It doesn’t not trend to an ionic imbalance.

B-Ionic Calcium Buffer is a complete ionically balanced 2 part meaning the residual ions left behind (after the calcium and carbonate alkalinity dosed to an aquarium is removed by calcification) duplicate all the important major, minor, and trace elements of an artificial seawater mix in their correct ratios.
