My salt level is at 1.021 I understand it is low and everything in my tank is acting super normal but I would like some suggestions on how to raise it back to where is should be.

Have you calibrated your measuring equipment?

Hi Reefers!!
I am using Tropic marine salt for my marine tank. Recently due to some issues, my salinity has dropped to 1.021
ph: 8.1
KH: 6.4
Cal: 400ppm
Mag: 1064ppm

By adding the salt will these values change? especially KH and Cal and Mag?

Adding salt generally boosts Kh, Cal, and Mag. Your pH will likely be stable.

Having said that it technically depends on the concentration of the salt mix that you add as you could dilute (but that's unlikely and moreso what you expect when topping off with RODI).

Either do water changes with higher salinity saltwater to bring up the salinity, or top off with saltwater for a period of time instead of RODI (as per previous comments).

Important thing is to just do it gradually so as not to shock anything and never add salt directly to the tank.

Those elements will get used up between water changes by corals etc, hence the need for water changes to boost them back (or dosing).
