Salinity Levels

I’m having problems with maintaining my salinity levels. I’m currently at 1.020 on my 40 gallon cube, trying to get back to 1.025. My questions is what is the best way to raise my salinity levels safety?

Just use salt water to make up for evaporation and monitor salinity until desired levels are achieved.

Add highly concentrated saltwater over the course of a few days until you get to 1.026-1.028. Also, make sure you're using a properly calibrated (generally not with DI or RO) refractometer.
