If my salinity is at 28 is that great for a reef tank

1.027 no more no less than 1.024 add some ro/di water it will fall.

salinity of 34-35 ppt or specific gravity of 1.024-1.027 is good.

Is this coming back to life or is it just coralline algae and is there any way i can save this

Is the nest on the right just that color due to coralline algae
