I have the wall with the salt all over....
Anyone have the same issue?
It didn't happen in a day but don't know what caused the problem.

And also, what will be the best way to add salt without doing the water change?

Likely overspray from fine mist and bubbles. Find area its coming from and shield with saran wrap

Agree with this. Just switching to saltwater for topoff until salinity is right is slow and easy approach.
