hi ive been using H20 Ocean pro. but thou it mixes well and it says you can use it within hour of mixing. i dont for some reason feel confidenace in it, as i be told that instant ocean is better. thou its cheaper and you get more salt for ya money. i was wondering if anyone has experience or the know how about these two salts.

thanks

Have not used the h20 ocean pro but I've been using IO salt for close to a decade without issue. I use Red Sea Coral Pro in my reef tank and IO in my fish only. Both of them Ill add to my tank minutes after mixing it into my water. I don't recommend that but I'm confident in my salt measurements after doing the same things for years, hasn't caused any problems for so far.

thanks Nick i have a look at the red sea pro.
