Hey everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has any experience cleaning salt creep out of carpeting. I occasionally spilled saltwater on my carpeting and today I walked over it and realized it was very crusty because of a bunch of salt creep that had built up from the spills I had in that area. Does anyone have any tips for getting salt creep out of carpeting? I googled it and all I could find was to use hot water and vinegar, but that was for car mats that are carpeted from salt used in the wintertime (I'm not sure if that is applicable to my situation). If anyone has any tips it would be much appreciated!
