Salt for a Fluval evo 13.5

I have been using Tropic Marin but it comes with a big price tag. I have heard of a lot of people have good success with reef crystals. All I have coral wise is a hammer, dunkin, zoas and a mushroom and gsp. Do you think it would be ok to go with reef crystals? I also use a Nicrew 50 w light that I just purchased, I got it on Tuesday.

Yep, orange bucket. Mixing 35ppt and I'm getting around 9.5 alk and 450 cal

Reef crystals will result in high alkalinity. Regular Instant ocean is better for alkalinity but low for cal and mag. I use it but increase both.

I've read some threads here saying that RC mixes to be 11 dKh, if I recall correct that was as high as I saw but it's strange the bucket of RC i'm using has always been 9-10 dkH.

where do you buy it, I know with most salts there is a plant in a country somewhere were you shouldn't buy salt from them since it could be faulty. My local fish store I am not sure were they get it but I have never had issues with the salt I have previously gotten.
