That level is fine as long as you acclimate the fish to it. I keep my QT tanks at 1.019 as most vendors who sell fish do the same. All I need to do is temp acclimate them and drop them in the tank. If the salinity is different then you need to drip acclimate them. If the salinity is lower in the DT than what the fish were originally kept in, then it is easier on the fish. thank youFishes are ok. Corals are not. Fish only tanks can have lower salinity.
I wanted to add fishes to my new tank. If this is ok i shall maintain the same levelIs your goal to keep the salinity at that level or are you hoping to bring it up?
