I have a fish only 75g tank that I’m wanting to switch to AIO tank. I’m currently using Instant Ocean salt mix. My calcium is 345. My magn is 1125. I’m adding both to get them up. My question is that once I get them to where they need to be could I switch to using Instant Ocean Reef Crystal.

Are you going to be adding corals that you want those levels up? If your sticking with fish only, the regular instant ocean should be fine. What is your salinity?

Yes I’ll be adding corals. My salinity is 1.024.
Ok :D Then yes, you can actually switch to reef crystals right away to help elevate your levels to where you want them. And for corals its recommended to try to get your salinity a bit higher up to 1.026, that's where they tend to like it :)

You can switch to any salt mix at any time. I personally prefer normal IO to Reef Crystals.

If you raise the salinity to 35 ppt, sg = 1.0264, the calcium and magnesium will rise substantially, although IO is on the low side in calcium and you will probably want to add some if not using limewater/kalkwasser for alkalinity and calcium.

IF YOU HAD TO TAKE A REEFING EXAM, WOULD YOU PASS?
