make sure the perams match your display tank, you should be fine, only thing that may not be is the oxygen content. If you can check for that and it's good then water change away.
 
Yeah.. let it mix for 32hrs or 20 minutes.. does not matter as long as temp and ph are okay.. large water changes, other parameters become more important, but letting it mix longer won't change that. I wouldn't worry too much.

Why are your nitrates so high? If you have alot of corals i would match the water parameters with your main tank and do that water change and then figure out why the level is so high. Water change is a temporary fix if other problems are present.

idk y they got to be this high,i checked after my 2 emerald crabs dies , im so puzzled right now its crazy...some people say its the dry rock that i added ,but im not sure..only thing i know is its at 80 right now and need to do something
