I have been in the hobby for 20+ years and seen my share of good, bad and just ehhh vendors. I felt I had to commend Saltwater Aquarium because they are excellent. Prices are competitive with attention to detail and my last few transactions have been really good. On the last transaction one of the products did not work out of the box. Without question and super fast lightning speed SA emailed me back and told me a replacement was already in the mail. What? Even before I returned the original faulty item? A day later I had a label in my email box and sent it back. Wow!
