I've had a lot of freshwater tanks but never a saltwater and I've gotten very interested in starting a saltwater aquarium. I've been looking at mid sized tanks around 45 gallons, I was thinking about the Cad Lights 42g Versa. Does anyone have any experience with that tank or any other tank setups that aren't too expensive? Any help/advice for my first saltwater tank would be greatly appreciated.

Cadlight has good tank, but if you have little more cash get Mode aquarium tank. They have stand, external overflow, thick glass, and sump and all the plumbing for easy plug n play. Waterbox tank also great

Hey I’m in the same boat kind of.
I’ve had tons of co2 hitecs, and freshwater since I was a wee trash baby.
tond of great info here.
The nano threads are pretty helpful for <40 gal tanks!
Beyond that you’ve come to the right place, my reading was all over the place and the guys and gals here got me pointed in the correct direction.
