Also, did you contact the site, reef2reef, administrator for help? I would think at least he should be banned from this site right?

No I never contacted reef 2 reef admins. Guess I should have. But I did leave bad feedback on the sellers thread. No worries lesson learned just hate to see someone else get burned.

Contact his local district attorney's office for direction, If paid with credit card, file a dispute for goods not received and if paypal, start dispute/resolution process. OR Pool together with others who got burned and file a civil suit against him
