Help! I'm using the saltmix below and I'm only about halfway through it and it looks like the lid was not completely on since I did my last water change (at least a couple of weeks)

When I opened the bucket, it looks like the salt hardened up and it was like scraping ice. I used it last night but there were particles that would normally dissolved but didn't. Is this still good to use??
