So ill give some details and pictures. Used to use Fritz mixed up super clean / clear but left a bunch of crud in the container. So on my new build I decided to switch. I used Leftover fritz, Salinity and Brightwell most of the salt that filled the tank was brightwell. I didnt have my second mixing barrel at the time so just did 5g buckets. Well the water ended up murky definitely not clear.

So i got my 2nd mixing barrel and after talking with some people locally i decided to try Aquaforest. I had a full 140g of RO and put some salt in and all looked clear. So normally when i mixed fritz i would just turn on the recirculating pump and dump cups of salt in. Here i turned on the pump and dumped like 5 cumps out of a pitcher but slowly not just dumping it in. Well the water was definitely not clear.

This is after cutting my down pipe, someone said that was the issue bc it was not mixing properly. This is roughly 12+ hrs of mixing total.

Here is my display this morning.

I did roughly 35% water change.

So my question is ... my recirculating pump is 600gph ... is that enough? Do i need a bigger pump? Why is this happening? And what can i do to avoid this? My barrels before where 35g so trying to figure out what im doing wrong... any help is appreciated.

Also if you are running mixing stations over 150g can i see pictures and what size pumps etc.
