Welcome! With a tank of that size J would do 1-1.5 gallons a week. I recommend investing in an RODI system early. Mix it up to 1.026 and temp match it.

One thing I didn’t see get mentioned is make sure to use a reliable tool to measure salinity. The cheap swing arms can cause problems. Welcome to r2r
