I have like 65 to 80 pounds of live rock and
I cured with ich is it still good to use in a new tank or is it all the rock bad or what

You cured it with ich ??
If I gather what you mean, soak it in a brute like garbage can or large tub and seed with liquid bacteria at 82 degrees turning water with a powerhead for 30 days. Then allow to sun dry.
