When you pull water out of the tank for clean and water changes, can the old water be recycled back in the tank. Can it be recondition to use again?

WCs help remove nitrates and the old water probably has some dissolved organic waste in it so I don't believe it can be reuse.

There's only 1 situation I can think of were you can re use water. That's if you have a reef and a fowlr. You can use the old reef water (IF it's parameters are suitable and it's not too polluted) to do water changes on the fowlr :)
