I just wanted to know some experiences from those who have ordered cuc from them before I placed a order.
How was the quality?
Was going to order
I have a hunred gallon tank with a few Trocus(5) ,ceriths(10) and nassarius(3)
My tank is young and going through the ugly stage and while it's not bad yet I want to be on top of it
Was going to order
5x Trocus
5x large Indo Turbos
5x large Nassarius
5x ceriths
I will order more later just dont want them to starve

I ordered their “trochus” snails. Came in good condition, but most were tectus snails, not black footed trochus. They were huge, but constantly tipped over and couldn’t right themselves. Did get a couple actual trochus though.

I ordered for my recent build. I’ve ordered a lot of cuc in the past. It was the best packaged and sizes I’ve had before. Highly recommend. When I need more will buy again.

Worries me a bit cause they were not all Trocus but if they where alive and eating thats a plus

I watched the video they have posted showing Hilary Jaffe and was thinking not all orders will be like this cause they sent her amazing sizes

Yeah, they all made it okay. They call them “white trochus” snails. Says it depends on the season. But they were pretty big, not the tiny snails most places sell now.

I like Reef Cleaners for clean up crew critters. My one minor complaint is that the animals I have received have indeed been kind of small, but Reef Cleaners is inexpensive, and ships *most*, but not all, critters by inexpensive USPS Priority Mail. Free shipping at $75, I believe.

I ordered from them a cleanup crew - it arrived alive - don’t think they generally keep the stock themselves though if you order a decent package: i.e drop shipped.

As others have pointed out - you don’t always get what you ordered. In the language on their site they state they may issue substitutions etc.

That who I normally order from but was not super impressed by my last order and wanted something different

I order 10 trochus and a cleaner shrimp from them over the summer. Zero issues with snails, cleaner was DOA and they gave me a credit same day.

Their sizes are the biggest I've gotten on online orders compared to others. They are defiantly large in my book.

I've ordered trochus, nassarius, turbos, hermits and urchins in the past 6 months. No deaths.

What you have is more than enough. Build slowly on your CUCs. No need to rush.

Just got a refresh order in from them today, LOVE their quick kits. Kits include shipping.

So I got my order in and the first thing I noticed was a ice pack was in the box and no heat pack and the temp here is in the 40's to 50 at night.
The Nassaurius had 2 HUGE ones and 3 were just good and big (they all made there way slowly under the sand)
The turbos also like the nassaurius ha 2 very large and 3 small(they all opened but still siiting in one place)
The trocus are small and all but one opened so far (they are moving the most but not much)
The cerith are normal good size and moving but not much.
The order seemed fine except for the ice pack and time will tell if these guys get more active
