Online ordering livestock is always a risk. They are very good though as one of the bigger livestock companies

Can't say for sure but agree with the search comment above. I've found a few threads with good and bad results. No different than what I've read with regards to Live Aquaria. While I personally haven't had to use it I like the return/refund policy of LA better. I also just received a tang from LA and it was packed super well, bottom half of bag black, and its body and belly tight, firm, and well rounded. A very healthy tang who after acclimation and dips took to food both brine, nori, and mysis shrimp like a Labrador to water.

They always seemed overpriced to me. LA is generally the most recommended of the larger online outfits.

Never ordered from them. I’ve had great experiences with liveaquaria.com and bluezooaquatics.com. They have a 15
Day guarantee and will always refund u or credit u if a fish dies. Great customer service

I've used them a few times. Not for any live product. Never really had any issues with them. Had to return something to them and they didn't give me any problems. I would definitely use them again. They also have freebies depending on how much you spend. Good overall company.

I've ordered from them before. I think they source from Sea Dwelling Creatures.

First time, I got a small longhorn cowfish. It died after one night. They credited me with no issues.

Second time, I took a chance with a yellow belly regal angel. Cheapest price around and came with a 15-day guarantee. FedEx delayed delivery by over 4 hours on the coldest day of the year. Thought the fish was DOA, but it made a marvelous recovery and ate pellets (and everything else I threw at it) right away.
