saltwaterfish quality?

anyone order from this site before? ive never actually ordered from them how is the quality of their live stock im looking for a particular fish and i cant find it locally but they have it in stock they also seem to have the lowest free shipping minimum ive seen ($79) but i wonder how good the live stock is anyone please chime in if you've ordered from them before

I had a bad experience with them, a few others in the vendor feedback forum seem to have too, but it all depends on who you ask.

I have not ordered from them, and one reason being their policies. If you have losses, they give you store credit that cannot to used with free shipping orders.

Glad you found your fish locally I always try to support my local shops before I go online (probably because I own a small retail business in another industry).

But on saltwaterfish.com I have had a few fish come from them. I did lose a moorish idol from them and they did give me store credit back for it. Like Hala Hotdog mentioned this is a down side and the fact that it couldn't go towards free shipping order kinda rubbed me the wrong way. But I would say for the most part the quality of fish is about the same a LFS.

I would consider using them in the future but I would need a new tank before I can really start buying fish again..... Tempting reason to start a new build...

I had an amazing experience from saltwaterfish.com. Ordered three tangs, a white tail bristletooth, a yellow tang and a PBT and all arrived the right size, fat and healthy. They were eating the first day. Here are some pictures (hard to get them all in the frame at the same time!):
