Well after 2.5 years I am in the process of upgrading from a 60g 24x24x24 cube to my new project 120g 48x24x24. I have tore down my 60 and transfered the stock I am keeping to my LFS.

Below is my plan, I hope it all comes out the way I intend.
  1. Tank 120g 48x24x24, Stand, Sump 40g breeder with dividers for a refugium
  2. Reef Octopus SRO 2000 Skimmer
  3. Reef Octopus water blaster 5000 Return pump
  4. Maxspect Razor R420R 300W LED Light Fixture
  5. Tunze Turbelle® Stream 2 Pump 6065 times 2
  6. Tunze Osmolator Universal 3155
  7. 6 - 20lb bags of Live Sand
  8. Reef Octopus MF800B Media Reactor with pump
  9. Instant Ocean Reef Crystals 44lbs
  10. 100lbs Live Rock - $7.00 per lb (trying to go minimilistic look)
  11. Coralvue Titanium Heater 500w with Coralvue Titanium Aquarium Controler

I didn't realize but my info didn't show up on the correct pics I posted, the 1st picture is my 60g,
2nd pic is my 120g upgrade and the
3rd pic is my vision of my upgrade.
I'm sure everyone figured that out but I wanted to correct it just in case.

Looks to be an awesome build, already have some nice equipment to. You will love the larger Real Estate to play with and added flexibility of livestock choices that go with it.

Cheers, Todd

Nice setup, can't wait to see it complete. I also went big to have more space to make a great reef.

Looking good!

Thank you, I will be posting progression pics as I move along. Stay tuned.
