Sorry to report a negative experience with this vender. After weeks of back and fourth emails to resolve a refund for corals I purchased but was not shipped further responses from customer service has ended.

The items I did receive were accurately represented and healthy. But sadly im out $40 bucks after weeks of back and forth and promises to get to the bottom of this problem. I acknowledge mistakes can be made, and wanted to give them 3 weeks to figure this out. Times up im moving on. Buyers Beware.

Checking credit card statement today saw a refund was made, looks like the correspondence just got lost, with no emailed response that a credit was made or coming I wrongly figured they moved on. Thank you SaltyUnderground. Moderators feel free to delete this thread.
