I got a triton lab test kit. When I opened the box there was a note that said not to send it to the address on the free mailing label. If I do this I will have to pay for mailing. Can I get a proper label?

You have one of the old test kits. Unfortunately free shipping is not included in the old kits. Please speak with the shop where it was purchased as they should have prepaid postage stickers or kits that you can use.
