Samsung note 4

I've seen some of you guys have taken some pretty awesome pics just with a phone . My pics come out pure blue or hazy. Any advice on settings?

I have a Note 4 and use the Snapseed App afterwards to filter out the blues.

I have samsung s5. I change the white balance, I think it's to "cloudy".. But while your phone is pointed at tank, pull up white balance menu (mine says AWB in the menu, cause default is the auto white balance) and try the different setting.
Also, if you have leds turning, up the white and/or down the blue, can help.
Some people use gel filters, or those coral viewing glasses.
I use After focus for processing after if I need.
No processing on these.. Just a couple examples, definitely not a pro!

I've definitely been playing with the auto focus and snap seed. Alot better results but I've come to the conclusion my ATI are putting out too much blue where I'm going to have to get a gel filter. Thanks for the help
