Sand bed pests

So I’ve seen these for a good while but haven’t noticed any signs of irritation or swings due to them, but there seems to be more and more and MORE,
Now I know I have basic vermitid snails but in my sand bed is more. They look like little slingy hangs, or mace and chains, sticking out of the sand bed.


I attached a shabby video but idk if you’ll be able to see them on the rock

It’s just one single tentacle though! And not brownish in color.

Little white flowery thing in frag plug, kinda like vermitid snails when they do the spit bet but it isn’t a spit net, looks like a barbed tentacle.
MAYBE IM MAKING TO MUCH IF IT! lololol
