Sand Bed

Hi,
Please help identify. Water parameters good. 20% water change every 3 weeks. Last 2 months sand bed has looked like this. I did a water change yesterday and siphoned the sand and 2 hours later it is bac.

looks like diatoms, they'll go away on their own. might want to start adding cuc . Completely natural for a new tank

If it is coming back that fast during daylight lighting it very possible it’s Dino. What is your nitrate and phosphate levels looking like?
