Sand discolouring?

Anyone know why my sand might have started going yellow in patches? My tank is 50g FOWLR about 6 weeks old with 2x clowns, a red fire goby, an orange striped Cardinalfish and 3 snails. Just noticed this today

could be a dead flow zone could be the start of cyano since its six weeks i believe its still cycling so it could be going thru the "ugly" phase your gunna need a bigger cuc then just 3 snails that could also be why

Thanks I'll definitely get a bigger cuc. My 3 snails were the tail end of stock at my local. I think I also need a wave maker....

If it's a 50g I'd have to say yeah a wave maker is needed maybe two I have one on each end plus my return pump
N yeah I hate when my lfs doesn't have any snails
