Starting a 65 fowler...have my live rock and I came by 30 lbs. of CaribSea sugar-fine aragonite...looking for the cheapest way to add to this as I figure I'll need maybe 50 lbs. of sand altogether...not sure what the sugar-fine will do...thinking of using it as the lower layer of the sand bed...or should it be mixed?...any ideas on the cheapest way to get decent sand for this tank without corals...?thoughts?...

Sugar sand would work fine, but you'll get sand storms if you have high flow or flow directed towards the sand. and some fish might stir up the sand. plain ole aragonite would work too. the dry bags from petco are cheap.
