Sand for new tank setup!!!

for a FOWLR 75 gallon tank what would be better to use live sand, sand, or reef flakes? or what other options are great choices?

I would go with a small grain NON live sand. Unless it direct from a mature thank to yours. The CarbiSea Live stuff has so much die off from just sitting around I really don't think its live.

OH and I would add the sand should probably be aggronite.

I forgot to add as well, that I will eventually be putting a Nem in there down the line. Not sure if that will make a difference or not.
