What type of goby or bottom fish can I get that won't escape my tank. Looking for something fairly colorful and active

Scooters are good, not so sandshifting like gobies but they are awesome bottom dwellers.

Not a fish but you can use a Tiger Tail Cucumber. I had one in my tank and then decided to split in two. Each one usually stays on opposite ends of the tank. The down side is they always seem to sift from the front to the back. Weekly I have to push sand to the front of the tank. A sand sifting goby will just drop the sand where ever it pleases, on top of coral included.
