Who has them and what are your thoughts on them?

Had a diamond goby before. It was pretty cool but started to dig under my rocks. I was afraid they would shift one day and crack the tank. So i kept wedging pieces of pvc under the rock he would dig under. Surprisingly it really didn't cause any sand storms.

I have a pink spotted watchman. He only occasionally sifts the sand. He use to do it a lot more until he started hanging out with Cracken, the fancy brittlestar. Hardly ever see him anymore.

I had one in the old 125g tank and loved him. When I first got him I thought I had really messed up as he kept the tank looking like a sand storm had just blown thru. After he had gone thru all of the sand though the storm went away and the sand bed looked great. The reason I don't have one in the new tank, I now have corals on my sand bed and plan on putting a few more, such as Acans on the sand bed. The Sand Sifter I had would take mouths of sand half way up the tank and drop it, in the old tank no problem, new tank with corals on the bed, the sand being dropped on the corals might cause problems for them. I have put a few sand sifting snails in the new tank, but they don't do as near as good a job as the Goby did.

I use to have an orange diamond when i first started my tank. He was awesome and keep the bed spotless. Only thing that bugged me was that he always covered my corals on the sand bed....i was always using the turkey baster to clean up.
