Sand structure. ID?

Looked like a snail built this but might have been a hermit. There was a shell in the center for a day or two. Now this. Looks kind of like there is a red antenna in the center coming out of the sand but hard to tell for sure. Anybody seen this before?

Im going to vote pistol shrimp. Maybe lobster? Probably want to peek at the tank after lights out.

Looking at the last two photos, I'm wondering whether the "structure" is the apparent burrow, or the built-up sand around it. I've seen some snails create something like that to house developing eggs . . .

If it's a lobster or pistol then it's a hitchhiker. I'll check it out when the lights go out.
