Sand type recommendations for SPS?

I think the Special Grade and the Reef Flakes are comparable in size. The Grand would be larger than the two.

I personally wouldn’t go higher than the reef flakes. The 3mm size is bigger than you probably realize. Looks great and not a problem for sand sifters, but should hold pretty well.
