Not sure what this is, Help me ID it?

Looks like diatoms, but has some "Stringiness" to it.

I think you have a couple of things going on there, not just one.

If worried its dinos grab a microscope and check. You can pick one up for under 20 dollars. Worthwhile purchase.

Its hard to tell from photo despite being clear. I would say there is cyano on sand, as for rest can't make it out.

The rest I know what it is. I was thinking cyano one the sand as well
